CEO & Founder
Founder, Braden Yuill, has proven to be an exceptional entrepreneur, reinventing the manner in which people view the structure behind businesses. Standing behind the belief that there is no “one size fits all” business model, Braden has applied his personal experiences to assisting others in finding new, productive ways to run their organizations.
With costs of employment continuing to rise, Braden went in search of ascertaining a more cost-effective way of keeping his enterprises successfully running without compromising the quality of work. After outsourcing assistance to the Philippines for his own companies, Braden was compelled to evince his findings with fellow entrepreneurs. Hence, the establishment of Virtual Coworker.
Country Manager - USA
Country Manager for the US and Chief Spiritual Officer, Kara is a former professional dancer, a creative specialist, and business development consultant. A student of neuropsychology, she bridges the gap between HR, psychology, and spirituality, so that attention is paid to the development of individual team members and the organization as a whole, guiding the company vision toward its highest potential. This link is also established between Sales Management and each Client’s business needs, hiring requirements, and expectations+goals which ensures a seamless and exciting hiring experience with the Virtual Coworker Team.
In her spare time, Kara enjoys gardening, painting, graphic design, and all the snacks... please feed her often to win her undying love.
Country Manager - Australia
Our Australian Country Manager, Alex, brings a solid 5 years of recruitment experience to Virtual Coworker and has worked in a myriad of niches in the industry. He continually strives to dismantle the transactional nature of the recruitment industry through creating meaningful and mutually beneficial employment solutions for Clients and Candidates. Alex is passionate about helping disadvantaged jobseekers secure employment and incorporates a pro-active approach to talent acquisition. He has a proven track record of thriving in highly competitive and complex markets including digital technologies.
When he’s not crushing it at the poker table or reading 10 books at once, our Bill Hader look-alike dreams of becoming a professional footballer.
Armed with solid 6 years of managerial experience in training, business development, and human resource, Raine is a welcome addition to the growing Virtual Coworker family. This work-at-home-mom from Cebu is committed to fostering open communication and implement best practices in recruitment to her role.
Raine loves to travel and watch movies. During her spare time, when not flipping through resumes and applications, she can be found in the kitchen, cooking something fancy for her kids.
Assistant Recruitment Manager
Nina is a seasoned HR and Recruitment professional. She has worked for more than 10 years handling end to end recruitment for various companies and industries- consultancy, bank, and BPO. During her spare time, she enjoys calligraphy, watching movies, and spending time with her family. She is looking forward to pursuing teaching and taking baking classes.
Katherine is passionate about recruitment and has been a recruiter for 6 years now. She has worked for various industries such as BPO and Semiconductor business and has extensive experience in end to end recruitment process. Recruitment for her is something she really enjoys and cannot imagine any career aside from being a recruiter.
A certified home buddy, she spends most of her free time at home with her family binge-watching Netflix and browsing YouTube videos and vlogs.
Zarina previously worked for Virtual Coworker as an external contractor and has waited for an opportunity to join the in-house team since then. Her extensive experience in the field of Customer Service and Recruitment makes her an awesome addition to the team. Zarina has worked for a BPO company for 5 years and has been working home-based since 2017. During her spare time, she likes to spend quality time with her kids and binge watch on Netflix. Zar is a sweet and family-oriented gal and just like her favorite character Mulan, she is independent and fiercely determined.
Janine looks at the recruitment industry as an opportunity to grow while being able to help others achieve their dream job. She values friendship and loyalty and loves socializing and learning from other people's experiences.
A small woman with a lot of energy, Janine enjoys physical activities such as boxing, badminton, and cycling.
Regina is already a tenured recruitment specialist, hiring for BPO companies before joining Virtual Coworker. She also worked as a team manager for a local SEO Company, training and managing new hires. Her professional experience in both training and recruitment allowed her to easily fit into our growing family. She is now being pegged as the Wonder woman of the team- strong-willed, persuasive, brave, but still very likable. During her spare time, Reg likes to play musical instruments such as the ukelele and guitar. She also loves fun karaoke sessions, traveling, and watching movies. Reg is not all about laid-back and relaxing hobbies, she once jumped over a 40 ft. cliff just for the experience.
Mereden has worked in the recruitment and customer service industry for 2 years before joining Virtual Coworker. She was a consistent top agent during her CSR days but the allure of Recruitment always draws her back in. When not working, she enjoys watching movies, TV series, plays video games, and listen to good music. Her go-to comfort-binge TV show is F.R.I.E.N.D.S and considers Monica Geller as her alter ego- strong personality, organized, and very competitive.
Irene worked as a Virtual Assistant with Virtual Coworker since 2014 prior to finally taking an inhouse role. She was initially onboarded as a Recruitment Associate and after a few months of stellar performance in that role, she eventually took the challenge to be a recruitment specialist. Focused, determined, and diligent are just some adjectives that describes Irene. If not working, she enjoys doing household chores, reading, and traveling with her family. A pluviophile - she just doesn’t enjoy the rain; she dances in it.
Maricor is a highly experienced professional with a wealth of knowledge in the BPO industry and Executive assistance, HR, and Recruitment. With 18 years of experience under her belt, Maricor has developed a unique skill set that makes her a valuable asset to the team.
Maricor balances her professional expertise with her passion for travel and breeding Pomeranian and Chihuahua dogs. She also prioritizes spending time with her children. With her alter ego as “superwoman,” she brings a dynamic and driven approach to the team.
Allona, our very own Jessica Jones knows how to kick butt in recruiting top talents for our clients. Her excellent performance in her previous job was recognized as early as her first month, and she has continued to excel in her career. In her spare time, you can catch her singing, dancing, hiking, swimming, reading or watching her favorite series.
Despite being short, Allona never lets her height hold her back, and she uses it as an advantage instead. Her celebrity lookalike is the talented Krysten Ritter, and she is most proud of her face (and we agree - she always looks fab!).
Meet Jona, our travel enthusiast! Her leadership skills have successfully led teams to reach targets within tight deadlines. When she's not recruiting top talent, she's exploring new places and cultures, gaining a fresh perspective to bring back to her work.
Her hobbies include traveling, watching movies, swimming, and dancing. Our team is ready to soar to new heights with Jona on board!
Carmen is a seasoned professional with 9 years of experience in the BPO industry, where she was a team leader and managed a team of 15 to 20 technical agents. Carmen later transitioned to working online in 2017, taking on HR coordination, recruitment, and operations management. But that's not all, folks!
Her alter ego is Wonder Woman, as she balances being a superhuman wife and mom to their kids. When she's not busy saving the day, Carmen enjoys reading current events, watching documentaries, swimming, singing, and dancing. And while she may have difficulty controlling her mouth (because she's always eating!), she's super proud of her skin.
Michelle had been working online since 2011 and has extensive experience working as an Executive Assistant, Customer Service, Human Resources, Recruitment, and Client Relations. These experiences gave her the exposure to work in a diversified and highly dynamic environment. A mother of 3 all boy squad, she likes watching movies, shopping, and traveling. Michelle also helps out in marketing their catering business during her free time. A foodie, a mother, and an awesome Virtual Coworker.
Fritz brings in more than 7 years of BPO experience to Virtual Coworker. He has worked in telemarketing and various project management roles before eventually joining the team as a recruitment associate. As an introvert, Fritz enjoys playing keyboard and mobile games at the comfort of his home. We are looking forward to seeing his tiktok dance moves in the coming days.
Operations and IT Project Manager
Raffie brings over 19 years of experience in IT Project and MIS Department Management, serving as Virtual Coworker’s trusted Operations and IT Project Manager. He has served companies both locally and overseas successfully rendering his IT expertise.
Raffie approaches every dilemma with an optimistic perspective and a collected demeanor. He is always available to address any technical difficulties and has proven to play a key role at Virtual Coworker.
Raffie is also a *two time* champ of our Annual Virtual Costume Trivia Game. His team, Stuck Knowledge Squad, took home the win this year and proved their vast knowledge of general trivia. Looking forward to next year’s Trivia battle! Will he be able to hold onto the title and gain a 3rd win? Stay tuned...
Client and Staff Relations Manager
Her “Princessy Glow” may fool you. Snow White may be her alter ego, but she is one feisty woman that is not easily fazed by challenges. Working on both Sales and Recruitment, her ability to balance everything efficiently may really convince us and our clients that she has some mythical help coming from some dwarfs.. perhaps seven too.
Kaye is also our Sexy Pastry Chef. Pastries just taste better when they go through her hands! She truly is one of our gems in VC. Besides, in the event of a Zombie Apocalypse, we’ll rely on her Walking Dead expertise to help us all survive!
Client and Staff Relations Officer
Introducing Steph, our CSRO extraordinaire! With extensive experience as an Operations Team Lead for an E-commerce giant, she is a top performer who always goes the extra mile. When she’s not busy wowing clients and staff, you can find her cooking in the kitchen or showing off her taekwondo foods.
And if you catch her forgetting something, ask her to think of her favorite food or alcoholic beverage – it’s a surefire way to jog her memory! Steph is passionate about building meaningful relationships and delivering top-notch service. So, sit back, relax, and let Steph care for all your client and staff needs!
Choi is an integral part of the work that's behind Virtual Coworker. As a billing assistant, she handles invoices and makes sure that payment records and client information are updated. She is also a freelance tax and bookkeeping consultant on top of being an online seller and hands on mom. Choi enjoys playing volleyball on her free time and loves to hoard Jollibee’s ketchup- she can finish 10 sachets in one go.
Customer Success Specialist
With over 12 years of Sales Management experience, Maria is a powerhouse in helping our clients achieve their goals. Her career highlight is building a sales floor, where she created and designed the Performance Dashboard, Process and Procedures, and Performance Management Guidelines.
Maria’s alter ego is “A Confidant,” When she’s not busy delivering excellent client service, you can find her cooking or pursuing her passion for data analysis. She may forget names but never forgets your business needs. She’s proud of her chin, but let's not mention her double chin!
Social Media Manager
Meet Lois, a skilled Social Media Manager with a background in Political Science. She has a proven track record of managing challenging tasks and achieving success in her education and career. She would love to pursue a law career or bring her coffee shop dreams to life.
Her alter ego, Emily Cooper from “Emily in Paris,” – has an optimistic and solution-driven mindset and always dares to try new things. She enjoys listening to music, traveling, and swimming in her free time.
Web Development Manager
Charles's interest in software development roots back when he was still a kid. Their family friend borrowed their desktop computer once and started doing things with it. As a kid, seeing the screen move on its own amazed him and, that started a lifelong interest in Information Technology and Software Development. Charles also enjoys playing basketball, traveling, and playing online games.
Jed is a seasoned leader with over 3.5 years of experience managing teams and overseeing 150+ campaigns monthly. In his free time, Jed indulges in his hobbies of farming, online entertainment (games, movies, and the NBA), and historical research. But don't let his serious side fool you; Jed also has a funny side - with over 250 games on Steam that he's only played for less than an hour! Some may even say he has an alter ego, Denzel Washington.
